Richard S. Mazawey, Sr, is an experienced Attorney in the Civil and Criminal trial litigation practice. Mr. Mazawey has represented clients in a large variety of Criminal, Municipal and Civil matters, including Appeals for over 30 years in Federal, State and Municipal Courts.

Mr. Mazawey is familiar with cases including, violent crime, white collar and business crimes, drug possession and distribution , intent to distribute, school zone, simple and aggravated assault, harassment, robbery, theft, traffic offense, DWI defense; Personal injury claims of all types, property damage claims, breach of contract claims, employment law disputes, (including New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD), harassment and hostile work environment, as well as Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), family law litigation, (divorce, child custody, DYFS matters, cases of parental and grand-parental rights).

Mr. Mazawey also provides advice and counsel in drafting and reviewing contracts, non-compete agreements/restrictive covenants and confidentiality agreements.
